1. Our
Cancellations Policy
- Orders canceled
within 6 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled
after 6 hours will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full
shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
2. Returning For
Replacement or Refund
If there is any
quality defect , damage, specification problem or not like the picture at our
end, it is returnable. Please make sure they are in their original condition -
unworn, unaltered, undamaged.
3 Sizing or
Fitting Issues.
Please understand
that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications
you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. All of our product are checked on
standard models before shipment, so you needn't worry about specification
problem if you order it rightly according to our specification chart.
As all of our
product are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by
approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To
ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved
additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications.
4 Color Mismatch
Because of light
or vision issues, slight color aberration may not mean that the
dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you
have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see
if a return or refund is possible.
5 Return Process
1) Submit a return
request to Customer Service within 3 days after you receive the order*.
Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the
return.
2) Once Customer
Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us at your
earliest convenience and send us the shipment tracking # within 2 days.
3) Once received
at our facility, your return will be processed ASAP within 24 hours.
